Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: How much does i-email services cost?
- A: i-Email
Services is only $10 per 1,000 emails and campaigns are billed in 1,000 minimum
increments at the time the campaign is sent. Email vouchers can be split
across multiple campaigns.
- Q: Can I trial i-email services?
- A: Yes. Our one-time
trial gives you a test drive for up to 10 emails. Simply
sign-up an account and choose "Trial Run" on the confirmation page.
- Q: Does i-email services offer templates I can use?
- A: i-Email
Services can send text only emails using the text box in our wizard,
attach a custom HTML template design from i-email services or an HTML file from your desktop, or utilize a
HTML template design from one of our partners (custom templates are priced separately).
- Q: How many emails can i-email services send at a time?
- A:
i-email services allows you to send up to 5,000 emails at a time. Larger
campaigns are available and must be scheduled and priced individually with an i-Email
Services representative (Call 425-837-8816).
- Q: Does i-email services have tracking capabilities?
- A: Not
at this time, however our next version will include tracking reports, amongst
many other advanced email features.
- Q: How are undeliverables and unsubscribes processed by i-email services?
- A: Undeliverable emails will be re-routed to the email used in the FROM
field of the email wizard. Unsubscribes will be sent to the email used in your
unsubscribe message, or will also be sent as a reply to the email used in the
FROM field of the email wizard.
- Q: How will I know that my email i-email services campaign has been sent?
- A: At the end of each campaign distribution, an email will be sent to
the email on record, confirming number of emails sent and time of distribution.
